How to beat winters during wedding and yet look prettiest!!

How to beat winters during wedding and yet look prettiest!!!

In India, people mostly prefer to marry during winters as during summers it is a tough task to bear the heat even when you are in your most comfortable and minimal clothing. Then thinking of getting dressed in a heavy traditional party with matching accessories and makeup just becomes a punishment. As far as my choice is concerned, I enjoy winter wedding more than summers. But it’s not always easy in winters. When the temperature is just about to freeze you, then making a right choice will keep you comfortable and you can enjoy the celebration to its fullest.
For those who are wearing salwar kameez, it's easy to beat the icy cool temperature with the choice of thick fabric, full sleeves and some thermal wear underneath the dress. Same rule goes for lehanga and Saree also. You should try to find Saree with thick fabric like silk with heavy embroidery rather than light fabric like net or chiffon. For blouse you can use woollen fabric with full sleeves in long cut pattern which will help you to provide with enough warmth.
During winters you have the liberty of choosing vibrant and dark colors which make the clothes perfect for the party. Peacock blue or sea green goes very well with fuchsia or shades of red. One can also experiment with combina-tion of multiple colors. Tangrine orange is also very much liked for such traditional occasions. So just put on your fa-vourite dress with your lovely jewellery and get that ravishing look which everyone is going to admire.

Fashion is a mindset

Its all about what we think about ourselves. Its all there in our mind. What is fashion and why do we need it? The answer is very simple. Anything which is in trend and liked by most of us in any given situation is fashion whether it is our clothing, our jewelries, our cars, our house, our eating style, our gadgets or even our pets. All these above mentioned things any many more not mentioned are style and fashion statement these days. How do we use these things and how easily we put it in our lifestyle is nothing but fashion. Defining fashion is not an easy task, in fact everyone has his/her own definition for fashion.

The second question is why do we need it. Again this also depends upon everyone’s understanding. Fashion is very important in whatever era you are living. It keeps you updated with the latest trends and with the folks. For young generation it is much more important than the older generation.

When we talk about fashion in a layman’s language in a very general context, then fashion is mostly associated with our attire and how do one look in any particular outfit. The ultimate aim to follow  any fashion is to look beautiful and updated. For youngsters it is very important to keep their pace with the latest trend.

But sometimes it is not that easy and not advisable also (remember the title “mindset”) to follow certain fashion trends for many reasons and it definitely does not mean that you are outdated and lagging behind your peers.

What I basically feel that the utmost priority to look beautiful always goes to the confidence of the person. If he/she is confident  enough about him/her , then anything can be worn ( of course not in an absurd manner) and can be made as the new style statement. Our bollywood stars or the designers, whatever they wear or design is hardly questioned among the common people because of their confidence( exceptions are always there). One should not run behind any trend blindly. Fashion also constitutes the right choice at the right time.  Fashion can only enhance the beauty. It cannot replace the beauty. With this mindset anybody can intensify the serene beauty with the right use of latest trends in fashion.
